SitGrit Member Liability

**Please read before signing**In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate, agree, and understand that: 1. My participation of any of SitGrit's exercise classes may involve risk, including, but not limited to sprains, pulled muscles, aches, and overall general soreness. 2. There will be no supervision of my workouts other than the instruction of the class instructor and that I assume the risk and responsibility of my fitness level and will adjust to fit my abilities accordingly. Any of the provided instructions in class is intended only to guide me in proper form and technique. It is up to me to monitor my own intensity levels and to make my own determination concerning the appropriate level of activity based on my health. 3. I am not being provided medical advice or any treatment. Any questions concerning my ability to participate should be discussed with my physician. 4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release SitGrit and their instructor(s) conducting the classes from any and all liabilities and/or claims arising from, or in any way connected with, my participation of the classes or any extension thereof. I have read through all of the above. I fully understand that I am participating in SitGrit's classes of my own free will with full knowledge of all that it entails and I am responsible for my own actions and the consequences of those actions. Class clips are also occasionally shared on SitGrit's social media. I understand that SitGrit strives to make the class instructors the focal point of class videos that are published online, not class attendees like me. I understand that if I do not wish to be recorded, I will simply turn off my camera and microphone during class. Note: Your privacy is important to us so we will never share your personal information.
