SitGrit is a free, fully-seated, home-based, aerobic and strength training program. Classes are open to all ages, fitness levels, and mobility levels. Join in on the fun in our boxing, dance, yoga, and strength training classes!
Ground Rules
In each class, there will be a SitGrit Coordinator present if you are experiencing any technical or program-related issues.
SitGrit was designed for those with Spinal Cord Injury or physical disabilities, but classes are open to everyone. For this reason, we are currently not offering leg strengthening exercises.
Please mute yourself once class starts.
Ask questions! Feel free to come off of mute or ask questions in the chat to our instructors or coordinators.
Go at your own pace and work within your own practice.
While we hope this will never be an issue, any inappropriate behavior will result in folks being removed and not readmitted into future classes.
